<p>Sehubungan dengan masih adanya tatacara penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang menyimpang dan tidak sesuai dengan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi No. 28/DIKTI/Kep/2002 tanggal 5 Juni 2002 tentang <strong>Penyelenggaraan Program Reguler dan Non-Reguler di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri</strong> , kami sampaikan dengan hormat beberapa penegasan sebagai berikut :</p>
<p>Masih terdapat PTN yang melakukan ujian seleksi mahasiswa baru setelah pengumuman SPMB untuk mengisi bangku kosong, hal ini jelas menunjukkan adanya <strong>standar ganda dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru</strong> .</p>
<p>Masih terdapat PTN yang melakukan seleksi khusus untuk penerimaan mahasiswa baru lulusan SMU/SMK/MA tahun 2002 yang dimasukkan <strong>dalam kategori program ekstensi atau non-reguler dengan perkuliahan penuh waktu dan besaran SPP yang jauh lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa reguler</strong> . <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Hal ini jelas bertentangan dengan ketentuan dalam Keputusan Dirjen dimaksud</span> </strong> .</p>
<p>Masih banyak praktek penerimaan mahasiswa baru di PTN pada berbagai jenjang dan jenis program yang tidak sesuai kaidah dan kepatutan yang berlaku, sehingga <strong>menurunkan martabat dan wibawa PTN tersebut</strong> .</p>
<p>Dengan kasus-kasus tersebut di atas, kami mohon agar seluruh PTN mematuhi ketentuan yang berlaku khususnya Keputusan Dirjen Dikti No. 28/DIKTI/Kep/2002 dalam rangka meningkatkan citra martabat dan wibawa PTN.</p>
<p>Penyimpangan dan pelanggaran terhadap butir 4 di atas, ataupun pelanggaran bentuk lainnya dapat berakibat penghentian layanan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi kepada PTN, termasuk antara lain <strong>penghentian pemberian dana pembangunan (DIP).</strong></p>

Pada kendali motor DC, FPGA banyak dipakai pada DC-chopper (PWM DC), sedangkan pada kendali motor AC, FPGA banyak dipakai sebagai pembangkit sinyal PWM dan/atau pengolah sinyal umpan-balik quadratur (pada sistem kendali skalar). Pada tahun-tahun terakhir ini, FPGA juga banyak diterapkan pada pengendali motor AC berbasis FOC (Field Orientated Control) dan DTC (Direct Torque Control). Kecepatan operasi FPGA menjadi salah satu sebab utamanya.</p>
